An intensive, court-supervised alternative to incarceration for adults whose criminal involvement is driven by substance use disorder.
Maine's Adult Drug Treatment Court combines judicial oversight, substance use treatment, and case management to help participants build long-term recovery. Maine Pretrial Services case managers work directly with each participant, the court team, and treatment providers to keep the plan moving forward.
